Free First Class Delivery (on all orders over £40) - Orders for Prescriptions products will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class. The delivery time for your 1st Class delivery is normally the next working day including Saturdays. In a very small number of cases the Royal Mail may not meet this service level. In this situation please allow 7-10 days from dispatch before contacting us.

Free Second Class Delivery (on all orders over £40) - The delivery time for Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery orders is normally 2-3 working days. First Class Delivery (£3.45) - The orders will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class. The delivery time for your 1st Class delivery is normally the next working day including Saturdays. Second Class Delivery (£2.95) - The orders will be delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class, the delivery time for orders is normally 2 to 3 working days including Saturdays. Next Day Delivery (£5.50) - Orders placed before 4.00pm will be sent by UK Mail. This is a guaranteed next day delivery service. Please note that delivery times are in business days, and that for orders placed on Monday to Thursday before 4pm, you should receive your goods the next business day. Orders placed by 4pm on Friday, should be received by Monday (except Bank Holidays).

Express Delivery (£5.95) - Orders placed before 4.00pm will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This is a guaranteed next day delivery before 1.00pm to 99% of the UK. Please note that delivery times are in business days, and that for orders placed on Monday to Thursday before 4pm, you should receive your goods the next business day. Orders placed by 4pm on Friday, should be received by Monday (except Bank Holidays).

All BPFO orders will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class. Orders containing Prescription Only Medicines including controlled drugs and other medicines may require a signature on delivery.
